Loneliness & Carer Support
You don't have to carry the weight of caring, or being unseen, alone.
Loneliness & Carer Support
Loneliness can settle in even when you're surrounded by people, and it often goes unspoken because it can feel difficult to admit to. It can also be quietly tied up with caring for someone else—when so much of your energy goes toward supporting a partner, parent, or child, there's often very little left over for your own needs to be met.
What This Might Include
- A persistent sense of isolation, even within relationships or family life
- The exhaustion and invisibility that can come with being a carer
- Young carers—supporting a parent or sibling from a young age, and what that costs
- Difficulty asking for help, or feeling unseen in your own needs
How We Work Together
This is a space entirely for you—not for the person you care for, not for anyone else's needs. We work to understand where the loneliness comes from, rebuild a sense of connection, and make sure that your own wellbeing has somewhere to be held too.
A moment to reflect
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
