How I Work

I work integratively, drawing on CBT, person-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness. I see anxiety, fear, and emotional struggles not as something "wrong" with you, but often as protective responses that have developed for a reason.

My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in moving towards lasting emotional change.
