01 Educator & Tutor

Professional Development

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am passionate about education and supporting trainee counsellors at the beginning of their professional journey—passing on knowledge, self-awareness, self-care, and emotional responsibility.

As a CPCAB approved educator and counselling tutor, I bring both experience and a genuine commitment to helping you develop confidence, self-awareness, ethical understanding, and clinical skills.

07

Self-Awareness & Practitioner Wellbeing

08

Relational Dynamics in Therapy

Exploring transference, countertransference, and the relational dynamics that shape the therapeutic encounter.

03 My Teaching Style

My Approach to Training

I believe that good training should be:

  • Grounded in real practice – experience across schools, hospice, addiction services, and private practice
  • Accessible – clear language, not overly clinical
  • Integrative – drawing on multiple therapeutic modalities
  • Self-aware – reflection on yourself as the practitioner
  • Compassionate – meeting you where you are
  • Creative – varied methods to help concepts land deeply

Rather than simply passing on head knowledge, my aim is to help you develop a deeper felt understanding of the concepts.
